| STAFF BREAKFAST SERVER | Need a group of 3-4 volunteers to help serve breakfast for tour staff
- Serves breakfast for the tour staff on July 8 & 9

| TOUR STAFF LAUNDRY | Need 10 volunteers who will provide laundry service for the tour staff staying in the hotel. Volunteers would need to use laundry facilities outside the hotel premises. Urgent need, please sign up. Time to be determined
- Sevite will have to provide trash bags to collect and return the laundry.
- Staff will provide the money needed to do the laundry.

| TOUR STAFF WELCOME DINNER | 10 volunteers needed. Coordinates the meal for the tour staff who come in the 3 buses. Make sure they are fed and made comfortable. Timing of Position: 9 AM – 9PM

| STAFF BREAKFAST PLANNER | 10 volunteers needed. Coordinates the breakfast for the tour staff . Need plenty of help to feed many people. Preparations start at 5:00AM. If you are an early bird please consider helping. Some heavy lifting needed. Timing of Position: 5 AM – 1PM
- Serves meals and cleans up.
- Keeps snacks available at other times.

| STAFF SNACKS PLANNER | 6 volunteers needed. Work with the snacks coordinators to ensure that the Staff room is well stocked with drinks and snacks for the staff. Some heavy lifting necessary. Timing of Position: 1 PM – 3AM
- 2 persons Coordinates the dinner meal and ensures that all staff staying in the hotel pick up their box meal. Monitors tour staff list of persons eligible to receive a box meal
- Timing of Position: 6pm – midnight
