Mother's Kitchen
Mother's Kitchen serves an estimated 72,000 free meals worldwide every year.
Here in Washington Metro DC area, we've been preparing and serving freshly cooked Vegetarian meals at 2 locations -
one in Rockville, MD and the other in Falls Church, VA. If you like
to volunteer at any of these two locations, please contact the Mother's Kitchen representatives.
Rockville, MD: (3rd Saturday of every month, 6pm-7pm)

Prepare a meal
Volunteers meet at MA Center, in Potomac Maryland and prepare a meal for residents at various shelters located
near Washington DC Metro area. Regular prepare a meal project is conducted second Saturday of each month, at 6am.
Check the Calendar for all Prepare a meal event timings.
Food items are donated by volunteers ahead of the scheduled event. On the day of the event volunteers come
together and prepare the meal at MA Center kitchen. To volunteer for any of these events,
